Terms of Service

KinCheck Care provides professional, home-based healthcare for older adults and loved ones, delivered by registered nurses. Our services include consultations, home visits, health monitoring, medication oversight and visit reports shared with family members.

Care recommendations and plans are provided based on the information you share and assessments performed by our team. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In an emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

New accounts may receive a complimentary consultation, available for a limited window (14 days) after sign-up as shown in your dashboard. The complimentary consultation is limited to one per account and is subject to availability.

Paid care plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed, and your plan and billing details are shown in your dashboard.

You may cancel your subscription from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not provide a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

You may share your referral link. If someone you refer activates a paid care plan, you may be eligible for a referral reward. Rewards are issued at our discretion, may change at any time, and are not earned until the referred person's payment is verified.

Visits and consultations are subject to nurse availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We may reschedule or cancel a visit where a nurse is unavailable or in the interest of safety.

You agree not to misuse the website or services, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or submit false or misleading information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinCheck Care is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
